Today, we meet Alix, passionate about sports since childhood, who tells us about her sporting journey and her Chlore Story.
WHO ARE YOU?
"My name is Alix, I'm 25 years old and I've always lived in Toulouse. After obtaining a psychology degree and then a STAPS degree specializing in swimming, I am now a swimming sports educator. I work for the Les Dauphins du TOEC club and I also work with Triathlon Toulouse Métropole, a club I've been a member of for three years."
TELL US ABOUT YOUR SPORTS JOURNEY
"I started sports very young with horse riding, a discipline I practiced for over 10 years. Coming from a family of swimmers, I have always evolved in the aquatic environment. I loved accompanying my parents when they trained, and even if I never swam in a club, I spent a lot of my time by the pools."
WHICH POOL DO YOU SWIM IN?
"I swim in the Castex pool in Toulouse. It's a 50-meter outdoor pool located in the middle of the Île du Ramier, it's surrounded by vegetation, which makes it particularly pleasant throughout the year."
WHAT IS YOUR STATE OF MIND BEFORE AND AFTER A SESSION?
"I'm often eager to go swimming, sometimes a little less so when I'm tired. But I know that I often come out of it feeling peaceful."
HOW DID YOU DISCOVER CHLORE?
"I discovered the brand in late 2021, I was swimming with the university and I was looking for a quality French swimsuit brand, modern, that you didn't see on everyone. I bought one for myself for Christmas."
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE CHLORE?
"For me, Chlore is the modern and chic woman."
WHAT ARE YOUR EXPECTATIONS OF THE BRAND?
"As I compete, I have quite intense training sessions. I'm looking for fitted swimsuits to promote hydrodynamics, made from a comfortable material that is resistant to chlorine and sun, while remaining aesthetic and original."
